Fortune 500 company
We were contacted by a fortune 500 company looking for a comprehensive CSR review and the impact they could make on their employees and the community they are headquartered in.
The company gave us full access to their management team and employees where we proceeded to conduct written and in person surveys. After three months, we presented the company with a detailed assessment and road map document giving them tangible recommendations how they could immediately address the CSR needs of the company and help the community at large.
The company is now running several highly successful volunteer programs in their area, affecting the most needy population, enrichment programs in the local schools and company internships specifically targeted to those youth who normally wouldn’t be afforded this opportunity.
Brand Name Retailer
A brand name retail clothing company approached us with concerns that the supply chain for the manufacturing of their goods may in fact include elements that were below acceptable standards for human rights in the workplace.
We proceeded to perform in the necessary market research, detailing all elements of the supply chain including both the human resources involved and goods used for production. Based on our findings the company did make changes in some of the key parts of its supply chain. The company has retained us to provide annual review updates.
Local Municipality
We provided our services on a pro bono basis to a local municipality that was in the process of deciding how they could turn themselves into a more green and sustainable city. We addressed areas such as recycling, water conservation and accessibility. Our success here has led to other municipalities following their examples.
